The GTS Difference

There are charter companies.
Then there's GTS.

We've been building transportation programs in Los Angeles since 2000 — for management consulting firms, entertainment companies, aerospace academies, and organizations of every size in between. They didn't return because we sent a bus. They returned because we managed their program.

A charter company executes a booking.
GTS manages a program.

The difference seems subtle until it isn't. A charter company takes your booking, assigns a driver, and sends you a confirmation. If the driver is late, you call a hotline. If a vehicle has an issue, you wait for a callback. If your headcount changes the morning of your event, you hope they have a solution.

GTS builds transportation programs from the ground up. Before any vehicle is dispatched, we understand your operation. Your sites, your timing windows, your peak headcounts, the backup scenarios that keep your team up at night. We design a program that accounts for all of it — and we assign you a dedicated account manager who owns the outcome.

The distinction matters most at the worst moments. When something unexpected happens — and after 25 years, we know something always eventually will — a GTS client has a direct line to a person who already knows the program, has a contingency in place, and is solving the problem before you know it exists.

Founded in Los Angeles, 2000

Twenty-five years of knowing
how this city moves.

GTS was founded in Los Angeles in 2000. At the time, SoFi Stadium hadn't broken ground. LAX looked nothing like it does today. The 405 had no express lanes. GPS dispatch didn't exist. We were running routes through this city before any of the infrastructure that makes it navigable today was in place — and we did it through institutional knowledge, relationship-building, and an operational discipline that has only deepened over 25 years.

We've navigated every major construction corridor, every city-wide event, every film production season, every permit change, every new venue that opened and every loading dock protocol that shifted. That knowledge is not searchable. It was built, route by route, program by program, over 25 years of operating in the most complex transportation market in the country.

2000 GTS Charter founded in Los Angeles
2005 Expanded corporate shuttle programs across LA County
2010 Entertainment industry partnerships established
2015 Education and contract route programs expanded
2025 500,000+ passengers moved. Still here.

Bain & Company. A field trip
of 28 students. The same standard.

GTS has managed transportation programs for Bain & Company — one of the world's most prestigious management consulting firms. GTS has also moved a single school group from a district in the Antelope Valley to a field trip destination and back. Both programs received a pre-dispatch vehicle inspection. Both had a background-checked driver. Both had an operations contact available throughout the journey. Both received the same zero-compromise standard.

"The size of the booking has never determined the standard of care at GTS."

This is not a marketing statement. It is an operational commitment that has defined GTS since 2000 and is reflected in the range of organizations that trust us — from Fortune 500 consulting firms to aerospace education academies to neighborhood school districts. Every client is our most important client. That is not a platitude. It is how we operate.

What Sets Us Apart

Five commitments that define
every GTS program.

Dedicated Account Manager

One person. They know your organization before you remind them. They know your routes, your riders, your preferences, and your escalation contacts. When you need them, you call them directly — not a booking platform, not a general inquiry line, not someone who has to look up your account.

What this means in practice: It's 5:47am. Your event starts at 7am. Something changed. You call your GTS account manager. They answer. They already know the program. The solution is already in motion.

On-Site Coordinators

For events above a certain scale, GTS puts a coordinator physically on-site. Not a driver doing double duty. A GTS team member whose only responsibility that day is the operational execution of your program — vehicle staging, passenger flow, real-time adjustments.

What this means in practice: Your corporate event has 15 buses staging in a venue lot. Timing is shifting. Headcount is adjusting. Your GTS on-site coordinator is already in position, communicating with drivers, and adjusting the staging plan in real time. You are focused on your event.

Backup Vehicles on Standby

Before your event begins, a GTS backup vehicle is pre-positioned and ready to deploy. This is not a contingency we activate after a problem occurs. It is a standard we maintain before your first passenger boards.

What this means in practice: In 25 years of Los Angeles operations, GTS has never left a client stranded because a primary vehicle failed. That outcome is not luck. It is the result of preparing for the scenario before it can become a crisis.

Your Brand on Our Fleet

Corporate clients can have their company branding placed on GTS vehicles for their program. Your employees board a shuttle that reflects your brand identity, not ours. This detail matters to organizations that take brand consistency seriously — and GTS is the partner that can execute it.

What this means in practice: Your team is shuttled between your downtown office and a parking structure each day. They board a vehicle that displays your company. The transportation experience is seamlessly integrated with your brand environment.

VIP-Trained Drivers

GTS drivers are selected, trained, and managed to a professional standard that matches the clients they serve. Professional presentation. Discretion. Deep Los Angeles route knowledge. The ability to operate in corporate, entertainment, and education environments — and to understand the difference without being told.

What this means in practice: A Bain & Company executive and a group of aerospace academy students have different expectations of driver interaction. Our drivers know the difference. They've been trained for it. They've applied it across thousands of programs over 25 years.
